Many of us are guilty of spending too much time on our phone or computer.
Although technology has given us to ability to stay connected to friends and family from around the world, it also often separates us for those who are across the table from us.
As hospice care providers those of us on the NJ Health Team advise you to don’t take time with your loved ones for granted. This holiday season disconnect to reconnect with those around you. Put the phone down and enjoy their company.
