Yes, no foolin’—the Dandelion Dinner was truly delightful!

NJHealth team members and their spouses gathered to enjoy the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce’s annual Dandelion Dinner, held at Merighi’s Savoy Inn. While not every course on the menu featured dandelion as an ingredient, attendees were treated to a creatively inspired and delicious meal, including dandelion soup, salad, raviolini, and even wine crafted from the versatile plant.

A special kudos goes to Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dawn Hunter, Member Services Coordinator Kathy Farinaccio, Operations Coordinator Charlene Luna, and the dedicated committee for hosting yet another fabulous event. The evening was a wonderful showcase of the creativity, community spirit, and exceptional offerings of Vineland and its neighboring communities. It is our joy and honor to support the community and events like this one.
