Rowan University nursing student Kaleigh Riebel stopped by the NJHealth Hospice and Palliative Care table and started her own legacy log with the MyMemories journal.

While visiting the table, Kaleigh engaged in meaningful conversation with the NJHealth team and began creating her own Legacy Log using NJHealth’s My Memories Journal. The journal encourages reflection, storytelling, and preservation of personal memories—an important element of holistic, patient-centered care.

The “You’ll Never Walk Alone” event brought together healthcare professionals, students, and community members for a day of education, connection, and support, highlighting the importance of compassion across every stage of care. NJHealth Hospice and Palliative Care was proud to participate and share resources that emphasize dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.

NJHealth Hospice and Palliative Care remains committed to educating future healthcare professionals and fostering understanding of hospice and palliative services within the community.
