We are beaming with pride!

NJHealth Hospice and Palliative Care is thrilled to announce that our CEO, Suzanne Bogan Martinelli, has been named the 2026 Businessperson of the Year by the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce (GVCC)—a well‑deserved honor for a leader whose vision and compassion have shaped not only our organization, but the community we proudly serve.
Suzanne has long been recognized by NJHealth staff, partners, and families as a model of integrity, leadership, and service. Now, the Greater Vineland community is celebrating her achievements as well. Through her unwavering commitment to excellence, her deep compassion, and her belief in the power of caring for others, Suzanne has built an exceptional healthcare organization—one that reflects her heart, her standards, and her mission to uplift the community.

A Leader Defined by Heart
It is impossible to speak about NJHealth Hospice and Palliative Care without speaking about Suzanne. As Founder, CEO, and Administrator, she has infused every aspect of this organization with her expertise, generosity, and deep commitment to high-quality compassionate care.
Her leadership extends far beyond our office walls. Suzanne ensures that every person touched by NJHealth—patients, families, employees, volunteers, colleagues, and community partners—feels valued and appreciated. Her impact is recognized not only in healthcare, but throughout the Vineland community, where she serves as an active member of both the Vineland Rotary and the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce.
Giving back is not just part of our mission—it is part of her mission. Suzanne quietly supports organizations and individuals across the region, helping to feed, educate, and uplift youth, Veterans, the underserved, and the vulnerable. She gives generously when no one is watching, guided only by compassion.
