NJH Education Center presents to Healthcare Professionals

Kelly Fazzino, RN/ Case Manager with the NJHealth Hospice Team and the NJHealth Education Center was the guest speaker on hospice and palliative care presenting to clinical staff and medical residents at a local hospital.

The NJ Health Education Center provides customized training resulting in better health outcomes, improved health care quality and enhanced patient experience. 

The center's goal is to equip program participants with a foundation that allows them to perform at the highest level of success. We provide education to our own team, clients, healthcare professionals, the community, patients, and families. 

Our programs are based on identified client and community needs. The programs are geared toward understanding and improving optimal health in disease management. They also educate healthcare professionals about the benefit of hospice, which helps to provide timely, quality end of life care for terminally ill patients and families.
