A special thank you to the South Shore Stitchers Quilting Guild for their support of the community. Quilter Sue Hanlon displays a sample of the beautiful lap quilts and fidget blankets donated to NJ Health Hospice and Care for our hospice patients. We are so very grateful for this generous donation. The fidget blankets will provide a soothing activity for our memory care patients, and the lap quilts will bring warmth and joy to our hospice patients.
Founded in 1985, the purpose of South Shore Stitchers is to preserve the heritage of quilting, be a source of information and inspiration, and be a gathering point for people with a common interest in quilt making.
